Elise M. Smith

Elise M. Smith is a dedicated Registered Dietitian, Licensed Registered Dietitian, and Certified Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals. She specializes in chronic disease prevention and management, tobacco cessation, and personalized health coaching through evidence-based techniques.
Her professional journey includes roles as a Clinical Health Consultant at Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc., where she developed corporate wellness initiatives with a focus on management and prevention of cardiovascular disease and diabetes, and as a Health Coach at Envolve PeopleCare, focusing on diabetes education and motivational interviewing. Elise’s leadership experience includes serving as a preceptor for new hires, chairing wellness committees, and creating educational materials and programs tailored to diverse audiences.
Elise earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from North Dakota State University and completed her dietetic internship through the Graduate Program in Human Nutrition at Oregon Health and Science University. She holds multiple certifications, including NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and is proficient in leading virtual classes, corporate challenges, and cooking demonstrations.
In addition to her professional roles, Elise is an active community leader, with time served as Central Cass PTA President and board member, Sunday school teacher, and, currently, as a Styled with Strength Foundation board member. She is a wife and mother to three crazy boys and enjoys travel, food, sporting events, and staying active. Her mission is to inspire healthier lifestyles and create lasting change through education and support.
